NEW LAUNCH (INDIA): Maybelline the blushed nudes palette

Its never too late!
So maybelline finally launched the blushed nudes palette in India (eagerly waiting for the rock nudes now) and i was beyond excited to purchase this(There is something about eyeshadows 😍😍) . But because i went on a lil trip to the himalayas with my family, i had to wait a lil but as i said "its never too late!"

So talking about this palette, which is like a second variant to the nudes palette "the blushed nudes" has all peachy and pinky tones in it. Some of the colours are a bit chalky mainly the lightones. 

The shades in the second row are more satiny matte in texture with a flex of golden glitter. 11 shades out of 12 in this palette are glittery. There is only one matte shade (2nd row 4th one). I wish there were more matte shades like the previous palette.

Now coming to the texture, these shadows, according to me, work perfectly when applied with fingers. I dont know but the brush dint pick the product right. For the chalkier shades, you can always use some fixing spray. The shades in the first row can double up as a face highlighter too.

I have swatched these shades with a primer underneath to give them a fair chance. 

Summing up, it is a good palette for everyday use. You can create day to night looks with it. I just dint like the texture of the shadows in the first row (has fallouts) but i ll be using them as highlighters😜.

Fabulous finds friday: Miss claire soft matte lip creme

Hello everyone, its been a long time since i have posted something here and if you guys follow me on my snapchat then you must know where i have been. Well we can discuss that later. Hehe!
Coming back to the post, as you all might now that today is celebrated as world lipstick day and it happens to be friday today so we got to discuss something fabulous. So i thought of dedicating today's post to these amazing lip cremes by miss claire.

Now some of you might have heard of this brand and some of you might have not. Frankly telling i dint tried these lipsticks until i heard them famous bloggers raving about it. And hearing so many great things made me wanna try one.

These lip cremes are a perfect dupe for the nyx soft matte lip creme but what makes it more amazing then nyx lip creme's is that they come in huge variety of shades and by huge i mean 45 😜

These lip creme glides on super smoothly on your lips, like a dream. 

Doesnt accentuate any fine lines.

They are super pigmented, gives opaque colour in one swipe and doesnt even look flaky if you apply multiple layers.

They are cruelty free and last for a good 5-6 hours surviving two meals. 

And its not gonna dig a hole in your pocket too as they cost only 200. 

Its perfect for all those college going girls who are on a budget and even if you are not, you must try them. Sometimes we should appreciate our local drugstore brands too.

Well they dont have names otherwise it would have been more attractive. So summing it all up these lip creme are like the most affordable and great quality lippies that i have every tried. NEW LAUNCH: Lakme enrich matte lipstick

Hello people, how are you all doing?
I hope you are all doing well. I have been a little sick this past weekend. The weather is so wierd right now in delhi. Its not raining at all. Hate it😕

Well today i have another new launch for you and its again from lakme. So they just launched 20 new enrich matte lipsticks in the enrich lipstick line. Earlier they had their enrich satin lipsticks from the same range offering a wide variety of colours. They launched a bunch of shades in this line as well from red to pinks to orange to plums and browns. Let me know if you want full swatches of the range and i shall be doing that for you.

Now talking further about these lipsticks, these lipsticks claim to cover your lips with pure, intense color in a smooth matte finish. We can say that they live up to its claims as they do have a really decent pigmentation. They give a really good color pay off in a single swipe.

The thing that i dint like about these lipsticks is that they have little glitter particles in them. The mauvy pink shade is actually quite wearable according to me as it has very tinest amount of glitter wheares the brown shade has tons of it that you can actually feel. Gross😕

With flash

They dont last long in your lips as well. They lasted on me for 3-4 hours and dint survived any meals as well. I am not a big fan of its smell also. The smell is quite wierd.

So winding it all up, it is a decent lipstick. I wont say its bad as it has a smooth texture and it lives up to its claims but it isnt that good either.

Fabulous Finds Friday💖7 heaven's💖

So i was thinking of starting a new section on my blog by the name "Fabulous finds friday" hehe! I know this is a long name, bit of a tongue twister. Try saying it on repeat ! Hehe ! Jokes apart ! So in this section we'll be sharing some really inexpensive beauty store finds that are really good quality.

Today's fabulous finds is this glimmerstick from 7 heaven's. I bought this a few months back when the whole world was getting crazy for Mac soar as kylie jenner uses it. I was searching for good dupes, if i could find any, as the price of mac lipliner is a whooping 1400 now, not everyone can afford to buy it. Right ? So i was swatching lipsticks at the store and the SA there told me that i should try this. And when she swatched it on my hand i immediately fell in love with it. Its like so soft, glides like a dream and is highly pigmented. Its like one of those "your lips but better shade" and is good for everyday wear and bdw its in the shade shear pink. Its a bit close to mac soar a bit  lighter. And now there is another shocking surprise for you. Its only for Rs 50.

Crazy right? If you ever saw it in your local beauty store, dont forget to swatch it !

NEW LAUNCH: Lakme Absolut Blur perfect makeup primer

Hello everyone, i hope you all are doing well?!
Now you'll ask me how am i doing ? Well, i am actually confused right now as i have so many blogposts ideas in my mind and i dont know where to get started?! But i gotta start from somewhere. So, today we'll be talking about this new launch from lakme. I am really glad that our indian brands are really trying their hands out in something different other than foundation and lipsticks. I just bought this product immediately i saw it at the store.I wanted to review it for you guys exclusively and i was excited to see something new from a brand i dint even expected. Now enough of intro i will just get started with the product and i am really sorry for posting a picture here from the gram as i threw the packaging out and realised it later. Really sorry for that.

First thing first, i really admire the packaging here. Its so sleek and gives a really luxourious feeling. Its decently priced at Rs. 650/-

So it claims to give you a flawless, professional makeup finish. It has a silky blur formula that instantly brightens, primes, softens blemishes and pores and creates a smooth surface for makeup application. 

The texture is quite soft and velvety similar to loreal base magique. I have been wearing it regularly since i got it and that means a week. 

It really live up to its claims, really helped in hiding my pores making my skin smooth and radiant. Im not sure about the blemish part though as it dint really covered up any. I still had to use my concealer. But i really like how it makes my skin soft enough to blend all my makeup effortlessly. And theres something that  i forgot to tell you guys that i have a really oily skin and i tend to sweat a lot during summers thats why i hate going out during this time of weather. No matter what i do my makeup has to come off after 3-4 hours but with this i dint find that at all. My makeup stay put to my face for the whole day. I had a lil bit of wear and tear but thats okay. Actually better than what i used to had. 

So, all in all it is a really good primer for everyday use.

Apart from makeup and skincare, i am a lil crazy about music too. I am one of those persons who cant stop their feet from dancing when the beat hits. I listen to everytype of music just not too much into hindi. Idk why?! But i love punjabi and Rap. Eminem is my all time favourite. So the music that i kept on listening on repeat this past month was, obviously a punjabi song. Its by guru randhawa (suit suit karda). I just love the beats in this song. And a lil bit of lil weezy. His new song with ariana grande- let me love you is my new favourite and i love how ariana dresses up in that video. Im thinkin about recreating the whole look. Let me know if you want me to do that.
